This is Yorihisa from one of my new fav anime series, Harukanaru Toki no Naka de. It's similar to Fushigi Yugi, but with much more bishounen and gorgeous animation (definitely worth checking out). XD He's my favorite warrior out of the others, but I think Yasuaki is just about up there with him. ^_^ Speaking of Yasuaki, I think I may even draw him next. XD

Completely drawn in Paint Shop Pro 8, this version of Yorihisa is more "fan-service" and shows him with his hair down and his clothes a little coming off to show some "ab action." XD I wasn't sure how his outfit would look if it were being pulled down (since he has so many layers in his outfit), but it might not look the most accurate, since I lack wrinkles in clothing references. XD I also had an extremely hard time with the pose and ESPECIALLY his left hand (which was supposed to be shown), but I decided to put that whole arm behind the couch instead to save myself from the madness. XD But I think that sort of makes him look more laid back and seemingly wants you to sit with him or... on his lap. <_< And I would also have made him smile, but he rarely does, so I'm trying to keep him in character. ^^

Please also pardon my poor excuse for a background, since I am so horrible at making them. XD I used a photo taken at a Sakura Cherry Blossom festival I went to, along with some "poorly" drawn Japanese rice paper frame door in front. XD Because I spent so much time on drawing Yorihisa alone, I almost had no idea what to do with the background... so yea..

I'm NOT sure if this is the completely finished product, but I think that if I edit it anymore, I just might make it worse or go crazy trying to perfect it. So I decided to put it up now or never. XD But by all means let me know if I should change anything and I'll be glad to make the adjustments. ^_^
