Wishing everyone a Happy New Year 2009!

He is my most favorite character ever, so I just had to do a drawing of him to celebrate the New Year! ^^

Ever since I found out Kaito had an obsession for ice cream, I couldn't help but fall in love with him. XD Seeing how adorable he was in the videos and how he's so loyal and attached to his "Master" (or the user of the Kaito program) made me just fall in love with him big time. XD

For this drawing, I decided to combine Kaito's love for ice cream and his Master together by having him do a "fanservice" ice cream feeding thing to his Master (which is the viewer in this case). XD And yes, that is one HUGE scoop of ice cream there. o_o I didn't notice that until now. XDD And if you're wondering why there's hardly any ice cream on the spoon, it's because I don't know how to make it look there is a big chunk on there! XD (darn the lack of reference photos) So let's just say his Master already took a bite and that's just some leftovers on the spoon. XDD Boy I'm horrible on realism. XD

Thank you WolfenBloodMoon for helping me choose the final pose for this, because it was a tough choice for me at the time. XD She mentioned I rarely did drawings with this kind of a concept before, so I decided to give it a shot, and I couldn't be happier with the choice! And Yes, I made Kaito SHINY XD, something I rarely do with my drawings. But in this case, it seemed to work with the ice and snow theme, so I stuck with it in the end. ^^

This drawing went through SO MUCH to progress into the complete drawing you see here, so I hope you like it! I think it was definitely worth all the time and hard work! XD
