I just love Mello from Death Note, so I had to also draw him for a gif as well. The top pose for him was based on this image of him, which is the illustration on the back of volume 9 of the manga. I think the hardest thing to do was the details of his shirt and the beads for his necklace, but also anything else involving the silver accessories on him. I wanted to make him lick his lips when eating chocolate in this image, because I think it's the best pose for him. This turned out to be one of my favs. XD

That's simply amazing! What program did you use? *0*...looks like MS paint, and if you did that on MS paint, you're a genuis! But if you didn't well you're still damn hot!

Wow! That is seriously amazing *0*! If you ever want a proper program (i mean, I know how hard MS paint can be X_x), I can give you the setup as I mentioned. I'm sure if this is what you can do with MS paint, you can do wonders with Open Canvas n_n!

I never used Open Canvas before, but I would like to try it out and see how it works. I hope it wouldn't be too much trouble to get the setup for it though. XD

It was drawn in Microsoft Paint and edited and retouched in Paint Shop Pro 8. I also really like your drawing of Mello! :D

you have GOT to teach me how to use Microsoft Paint like that *points at mello* all i do on that thing is draw kindergarten stuff... my good work is all traditional work, mostly with my 0.3mm Mechanical Pencil *¬*
